WHAT EXACTLY IT VL DO IS MAKE U TIRED, CRAVNG 4 FOOD AND THEREAFTER YOU VL EAT MORE.....AND AGAIN U GO GYM REGULARLY.... IF THIS CYCLE CONTINUES FOR A MONTH U WILL DEFINITLE GET BENEFITS FROM IT AND GAIN UPTO 5KGS........... . .ANOTHER WAY OUT IS GO FOR MASS GAINNERS SUPPLIMENT..ITS SAFE IF ITS ISO APRROVD
